    This is disgraceful. RBKC's rigorous checking was clearly not so. Another hellish worry for parents.

    Whose indeed? This story epitomises the depths to which the reputation of RBKC has sunk in recent years. The difference is that we are now acutely aware of such scandals, thanks to the Dame and her many publicly minded correspondents.

    RBKC's reputation is in the gutter thanks to the egotistical nasty pieces of work that now run the town hall. The Councillors need to remind them of their place, they too need to remember that local people are not willing to stand for this much longer. There will be a rebellion. What they have put severely disabled children and their families through is effectively abuse, it needs to stop now. Pagett Brown where are you?
